Job description:

A customer care executive/subject matter expert is a face of the organization, a person with problem-solving abilities is the best match for the position. The target is to ensure excellent service standards.

Job responsibilities:

– Responsible for interacting with the customers and ensure business growth.
– Responsible for providing better career advice to the customers.
– Responsible for accurate probing and providing the perfect solution.
– Responsible to submit the weekly report to the reporting manager.
– Understand and help to upgrade product service as per the market analysis.
– Must be a team player and work as per the business requirement.
– Responsible to keep a close eye on minor issues to avoid a loss.

Eligibility:

– Any intermediate/graduate with excellent communication skills.
– Must know English, Hindi, and Telugu(Optional but preferable).
– Must have computer skills and software installation skills.
– Basic troubleshooting skills.
– Good knowledge of MS office.
– Typing speed must be 30-40 WPM.
